How long does it take to activate my B2B account?
After registration, your VAT ID will be verified. Activation takes place within 2–3 business days from the time of registration.
Who can become a PEZ corporate customer?
Everyone is welcome! Our ideal corporate customer:
- has his UID number ready
- is not afraid of online forms
Can yellow boxes be sent along?
Yes, our yellow boxes are always sent with your order, depending on the quantity ordered. The boxes are available for orders of 12 or 24 pieces.
Is there a minimum order quantity for B2B customers at PEZ?
No, our dispensers can be ordered individually. However, if you order 24 dispensers of one character, for example, the processing time for your order will be shorter as our dispensers are already in stock in units of 24.
How many dispensers/supply packs fit in one box?
Our boxes can hold 12 dispensers or 24 dispensers. In our information sheet, you can see the ideal order steps for filling the box completely.
